AFTER SALES SERVICES
Customer support following the purchase of a product either directly from us or from one of our distributors is very important to us. Accordingly, we offer training to all our distributors and have them stock service kits to effectively and speedily deal with any maintenance or repair requests.
Our products carry a 24 months warranty which is credit to our quality. Each of our seats carry a Production Sticker which gives us information about the seat and allows us to trace it all the way back to raw materials. All complaints and repair requests received are entered into our Quality System and effective corrective / improvement actions are identified and actioned immediately.
